Sow What?

Every day holds many opportunities for great choices and fresh starts. This spring is a great time to ask yourself, “Sow what?”

What are you sowing every day to ensure an awesome harvest in your business and your life? Most amazing things don’t happen overnight. They need time to germinate and grow.

Does the farmer expect fast results after sowing the seeds on his farm? Of course not. The farmer sows the seeds on the farm, and then spends a great deal of time and patience watering and nurturing the seeds and their sprouts. Eventually, the farmer knows that those seeds will turn into an amazing harvest.

Eventually.

And it’s the same in business and life. The seeds we sow today will require our patience, watering and nurturing to eventually turn into a great harvest.

Want to grow your sales? Find a few new prospects you would like to earn.

Want to recruit some sales reps? Reach out to a few potential candidates in your area.

Want better relationships? Think about with whom you would like a better relationship.

Start planting seeds, watering and nurturing them as some of them slowly sprout.

Here’s a sensible rule, “If you don’t plant seeds in the spring, there will be no harvest in the fall.”

Sow what? So what do you hope to harvest in the future?
